At Benelong Capital Partners, we’re in the business of reconstructing companies that are suspended on the ASX. Once this is completed we connect you with the ASX shell, so you can discuss a backdoor listing, reverse takeover, RTO, and reverse acquisition. Once Benelong effectuates the Deed of Company Arrangement, the company is solvent, and Benelong’s role ends. This is what we call “Stage 1”. “Stage 2” is the complex re-quotation process. ASX recommends this is started by using their “Application For In-Principle Advice” form. Whilst Benelong does not perform any “Stage 2” services, we can put you in touch with professionals whom do.
Our Team
Benelong Capital Partners Pty Ltd is headed up by Steve Nicols. He holds a B.Com, and is a member of CAANZ. Steve has had 34 years of experience in accounting practices. In the last 10 years, he has helped to reconstruct many listed and suspended ASX public companies. Two senior managers are available on secondment as and when required, sourced from Steve’s accounting practice of 8 staff. All senior managers have at least 20 years of experience with Steve, and are degree qualified with Commerce of Business Degrees, and are qualified Chartered Accountants. All other staff have 10 or more years of service with Steve’s accounting practice.
